Q. Do I have to commit to a certain length of
time?
A. You may rent for as short or as long as your
needs are. You will be required to sign a month-to-month lease.
Q. Do I need insurance?
A. It is highly recommended, though not
required, that you attain insurance to protect your personal belongings.
Q. What are the hours may I access my unit?
A. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Saturdays are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Gate entry hours are from
5 a.m. to 11 p.m. 24 hour access is available at an additional cost.
Q. Can I transfer to a different size as my needs
change?
A. You may transfer to a different size if your
needs change. We can make adjustments to your billing as needed.
Q. Do you provide outdoor storage for boats and
RV?s?
A. We do not have any outdoor storage available,
however we do have unit sizes that would accommodate boats, trailers,
and
certain vehicles.
Q. Do you prorate the rent?
A. We prorate the rental after the 10th day of
any given month for move in.
Q. What are your payment methods?
A. Payment methods available are via Master
Card or Visa credit cards. We accept payments made at our offices
or over
the phone. We also offer auto-payment methods. Ask for details.
Q. Do you mail monthly statements or invoices?
A. We do not send out bills, statements, or
invoices; late notices are mailed.
Q. Does it matter what type of lock I use?
A. The lock is your choice. We do recommend for
added protection on your individual unit to use a cylinder lock.
Q. Do you accept deliveries?
A. Deliveries may be accepted after the proper paperwork has been filled
out and
signed. Some restrictions may apply.
Q. How much move out notice is required?
A. We would appreciate a 30-day move out notice,
no penalty will be given if not received though.
Q. Are there any items that cannot be stored?
A. The storage space shall be used for no
unlawful purposes. No property shall be stored unless the occupant
legally has the
right to the property. The storage of welding, flammable, explosives or
other inherently dangerous material or the storage of
any corrosives, contaminates, or pollutants is prohibited.
Q. Does a moving truck have enough room to
maneuver?
A. Each of our facilities is designed
differently. Please check with our manager to make sure we can
accommodate your needs.Q. Do you take reservations?
A. Our units are first come first serve basis.
We will hold a unit for you on a predetermined amount of time.
Q. Do you offer any specials?
A. We are always changing, modifying and adding
new specials. Check our homepage or give us a call to see what we are
currently offering.
